This is a very hard level especially since the moves have been reduced.

You need to grow all the popcorns as there is jelly under them all and this is the hard part.

The best way to grow popcorns is using wrapped candies, but wraps alone won't do it in the moves available. What you need are colourbomb/wrap combos and colourbomb/stripe combos, although the stripe combos are not always as good as you would like.

Double colourbomb combos will work too and are sometimes the easiest to get when the popcorns are grown as the colourbombs occasionally drop down together.
There are now no chocolate dispensers at each side so should be a bit easier to complete.

You have to collect 200 chocolates to complete level 3151 Candy Crush Saga.

Since the board is very small and you don't have a lot of moves the only way to collect the chocolate is to create cascades, easier said than done!.

Wrapped candies are always good for getting cascades going and keeping the candies moving, so look for them as much as possible. If you can't make a wrap try a stripe, anything to keep the candies dropping.

There will be a few normal candies dropping with the lucky candies, these will give you a few squares without chocolate, which you will need to keep the board from closing up completely, so use these normal candies. It is tempting to try to match as many lucky candies as possible, but this is the best way to block up the board, try to use the normal candies, especially to make specials.

Level 3150 is a jelly level but with only 16 moves and a lot of locked licorice to clear.

The first job is to break through some of the licorice to open up the board, the two squares on the left are blocking your moves the most so if you can clear these quickly your job will become a lot easier.

Any combo should be used whenever possible, wrapped candies are best for clearing licorice and once you have some room to work stripes and stripe wrap combos will clear the top section of licorice.

A good combo near the start of the level is a colourbomb/wrap combo, this will get a lot of the locked cells opened up and give you room to work.

I found that the jelly fish booster was a great help as it will often target the locked licorice and open it up for you. The video below was made using the fish booster as I was unable to complete the level without boosters.
